ATTENTION PARENTS!
Please review the following reminders regarding Club policies and procedures:
  • Members are encouraged to bring a bag or backpack with them each day. They will be carrying a lunch with them each day. This also makes it easier for them if the bring a water bottle with them as well.
  • When dropping off your child, park near the front door and have your child exit the car. A staff member will either greet your child at the door, or your child can proceed to the Front Desk and your child will be directed to the appropriate activities from there.
  • When picking up your child between 3:45 p.m. and 4:10 p.m., you will join the pick up line and follow that to the back of the building. A staff member will ask who your are picking up. Your child will be contacted inside the building and sent out to your car. If you are picking up before 3:45 p.m. or after 4:10 p.m., parents are asked to pull up to the front door and call the BGCT Front Desk, (248) 689-1687, regarding who you are here to pick up. Your child will be gathered and meet you at your car. Click here to view a map of pick up and drop off locations.
  • Please remember that members who are in the Club before 10:00 a.m. or after 4:00 p.m. (or not in the pick up line at 4:10 p.m.) are present during extended hours, and charges will be made to parents accordingly.
  • The Club closes at 6:00 p.m. and all members must be picked up by that time. Parents will be charged $1 per minute per child for a late pick-up, and repeat offenses will result in suspension from Club activities.
  • Use of personal electronics is not allowed during program hours. Members may use their devices during extended hours. Disregard for this policy may result in members having their devices confiscated until the end of the day.
  • Members will need to a lunch each day. The only exception is if the are participating in the optional Pizza Day each Friday.
  • Please do not send members with glass containers in their lunches. The potential for broken glass creates a hazard for members and staff.
