Club members and parents are welcome to partake in a special Thanksgiving lunch at 12 p.m. For just $5 per person, the Thanksgiving-style meal includes Honeybaked turkey breast, mashed potatoes and gravy, applesauce, a roll, mixed vegetables, apple juice and pumpkin pie.
FRIDAY, DEC. 4 >>
Are you having trouble with decimals? The Club is offering a FREE math clinic to members and families called "Multiplying and Dividing Decimals" at 5:30 p.m. Up to 15 people are welcome to receive instruction from Saveria Giovinazzo, an experienced educator and tutor as well as a former Boys & Girls Club of Troy staff member. Also, Club members who reached Platinum or Gold status for November will enjoy a Medallion Club
pizza party at 4:30 p.m.
MONDAY, DEC. 7 >>
Members will have an opportunity to "compete, connect and succeed" with the Elks National Hoop Shoot Free Throw Program, a contest for youth ages 8-13. Starting at 3:00 p.m., volunteers from the Clawson-Troy Elks Lodge No. 2169 will be at the Club to conduct this free-of-charge competition in which players will shoot 25 free throws each.
FRIDAY, DEC. 18 >> Late Nights are back at the Club on Friday nights! From 7-11 p.m. members and guests aged 12-18 are welcome to hang out at the Club and enjoy music, video games, open gym, table games, or just a place to relax and enjoy the company of friends. Admission is free to all Late Night events. Pizza, pop and snacks are available for purchase.
