The Boys & Girls Club of Troy is looking for a friendly, outgoing person with strong multi-tasking, communication and organizational skills to join its staff as a front desk attendant. The person in this role reports to the Office Manager and is responsible for such daily tasks as:
- Greeting members as they enter and leave the building, making sure they scan in and out
- Greeting parents as they drop off and pick up their children
- Responsible for tracking and collecting outstanding billable hours and transportation charges
- Manage member’s personal information through COMET Software
- Report any concerning issues to management
- Answer telephones and distribute calls
- Assist and report to the Office Manager
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 10-20 hours per week. Some college education is required. Qualified candidates should be detail-oriented and have strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $9.00 /hour

Required experience:
• Microsoft Office: 1 year

• 1 year of college
