2. Attend an Mandatory Orientation  - See the list below for orientations. (All MEMBERS NEW TO PROGRAM)

3. Complete and Return Annual Membership Form (available as PDF or at Club Office)

4. Complete and Return Credit Card Authorization Form (available as PDF or at Club Office)
Parents/guardians MUST have a credit card on file with the Club office to automatically process extended hours fees and late pickup fees

The After School Fun begins on Tuesday, August 29th!

In a small step towards returning to our traditional program, the After School program will be available to all members each day. At the end of each school day, your child (Grades 1-12) can participate in our Power Hour program (incentive-based homework program) and an array of activities in our Gym, Games Room and Art Room. The After School program will run from 2-7 pm each school day. The $70 annual membership fee is the only cost for the After School Program. Contact BGCT at (248) 689-1687 to register your family.


WE PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION TOO!


The Boys & Girls Club provides pick-up service in its 15-passenger van from Troy & Athens High School; Larson and Smith Middle Schools; and Hill and Costello Elementary Schools. Transportation fees are $15/week, which can be paid monthly. A Troy School District bus will transport members daily from Baker Middle School at no cost. The Club is conveniently located within walking distance from Athens High School. We also have a Club staff member available to escort students from Barnard Elementary School, which is located adjacent to the east side of the Club at no additional cost. Upcoming Informational Meetings/Orientations


In lieu of in person orientations, we are asking all new families to participate in one of our upcoming Informational/Orientation Meetings via Zoom. All new families must attend one of the meetings before your child can attend the After School Program.


Orientations will take place on the First and Third Tuesdays of each month at 6pm, unless otherwise noted.

ABOUT THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF TROY AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

In addition to its summer programming, the Boys & Girls Club of Troy will be serving local youth with its After School Program, a fun, safe, and affordable experience for kids aged 6-18. The After School Program begins on August 30th, with operating hours from 10:30 p.m.- 7:00 p.m. due to the half-day for Troy Schools. Moving forward, the After School Program will operate 2:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m.

Offering a positive and safe environment for young people, the Boys & Girls Club of Troy and its programs and activities are led by a caring, responsible, and professional adult staff. The 18,000 square foot facility includes a gymnasium, games room, technology/learning center, art/music room, teen center and more. Club members also have access to large outdoor recreation and sports areas due to the close proximity to Barnard Elementary School as well as Raintree Park.

The Club’s After School program provides parents with great flexibility to tailor visits to the Club in accordance with family plans including vacations and extracurricular activities. Programs and activities are scheduled to provide member's with an opportunity to discover their own fun each day. This program gives members the opportunity to participate in a variety of options throughout the day, including but not limited to: arts and crafts, music and drama, sports skill building, recreational games and leagues, computer/iPad skills and games, movies, enrichment programs, outdoor games and much more.
